About Our Broker

Having obtained his obtained his real estate license back in 2002, Ricky is a seasoned Realtor. He quickly realized a passion for helping people buy and sell real estate, and has served his clients throughout Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty counties. After several successful years, Ricky acquired his broker license in 2005 and started Bodaford Property Management (now known as, Bodaford Realty, LLC) shortly after in 2006. Since then, Bodaford Realty has grown into a highly respected full-service real estate firm. Originally from Savannah, Ricky has resided in Richmond Hill since he was only 9 years old. He graduated from Richmond Hill High school in 1981 and married his beautiful wife, Rosemary, in 1983. Together, they have three grown children and eight grandchildren. They are active members of the local church & participate in various civic/ charity organizations throughout the community. Ricky's determination, wisdom, & knowledge of the real estate industry combined with his work ethic and ambitious, people-friendly approach are just a few reasons why Ricky continues to get repeat customers year after year. Not only is Ricky a highly successful real estate Broker, but he is also a trustworthy, loyal, & caring individual that is passionate about helping others.
